  • The Avenue is situated on the most western fringes of the town of Dunstable but with such a special location with fields directly behind, you could easily be forgiven for thinking you were miles away from any hustle and bustle of town living. However, with numerous bus routes and close road links to the A5, the location is ideal for those wanting to be in a semi-rural setting with good communications.
  • Dunstable itself is a bustling and vibrant market town located on the eastward tail spurs of the Chiltern Hills, 30 miles north of London.
