  • Scothern is a popular village which lies approximately five miles north-east of Lincoln. It has an active local community and amenities including Ellison Boulters school, a pub, village hall and the highly regarded Scothern Nurseries garden centre, plus the historic parish church of St Germain's which is mentioned in Pevsner's Architectural Guides to the British Isles. There are many local footpaths suitable for hiking, dog walking and Bluebells Woods Farm Shop.
