  • Located in the rural heart of the Broadland area of Norfolk, Reedham is the idyllic location set on the banks of the River Yare and surrounded by arable farmland and grazing marshes. A small village set in the Broads National Park and ideally placed for access to Great Yarmouth to the east or to the city of Norwich to the west. The village can be one of two sides as during the summer it is used by holiday makers and tourists visiting the Broads as a place to stop over on their boats and in the winter a more peaceful tranquil setting to soak up the crisp mornings and calm water.
  • The village is located roughly 6 miles south of Acle which then connects with the A47 to Norwich and Great Yarmouth. It also gives access to the main northern Broads villages, towns, attractions as well as the North Norfolk coast.
  • The village has its own railway station which connects with Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
