      This is a fully restored Victorian building, with a history dating back to the 1840s. The current owners bought the building in late 2008 and opened in 2009 as Wild Honey Inn. The building is now fully restored and comprises of 13 individually appointed guest bedrooms, with a Fáilte Ireland four-star guesthouse rating. Housed within the building is a fully licenced (7day licence) bar/restaurant.

      Wild Honey Inn has gained a reputation as one of Ireland's leading food destinations, with an impressive catalogue of prestigious awards and accolades earned over the years.

      Wild Honey Inn is a most impressive 19th century Inn and famously, Ireland's only Michelin starred pub.

      The Inn is a three-storey landmark property in Lisdoonvarna and extends to about 10,656 sq. ft. The ground floor accommodation briefly includes two fabulous reception rooms, 3 en-suite guest bedrooms, all with access to their own patio/terrace area breakfast room, office, restaurant and bar, commercial kitchens and access to the owner's private residence on the ground floor.

      On the first floor, there is further guest accommodation including four en-suite bedrooms, all individually designed to match the surrounding and varying vistas. It features an incredible, recently extended extra-large room/suite with dual aspect views.

      The owner's private residence is set over two floors and has its own private entrance. The accommodation comprises of four en suite bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom, shower room, kitchen, dining room and office. While the accommodation has been extended and adapted since its original construction, the house has been beautifully maintained with many notable period features retained. These include hardwood Canadian maple floors, vaulted ceilings, architraves and sash and case windows.

      Bar/Restaurant
      The key element of Wild Honey Inn is the established and award-winning restaurant. Access to the bar is from a front entrance porch, leading to a veranda with Victorian tiled floor and extra seating area. The bar/restaurant is characterful and atmospheric with a bar counter that provides a natural divide to two separate areas, each with open fireplaces. Decorated in keeping with the Victorian building and featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, wooden tables and chairs. There is a custom fitted, wine cellar and keg room and a hallway leading to ladies and gents toilets.
