It is also on a direct bus route to the highly regarded Colyton Grammar School and the village itself being within excellent commuter distance of the A30 dual carriageway and the M5. It makes all Exeter Independent schools within easy reach. The nearby town of Ottery St Mary offers an excellent range of amenities including a Sainsburys supermarket as well as many independent shops, a dental surgery, medical centre and community hospital.
