The staff quarters offer five rooms that were previously used as a bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms with large storage cupboard and loft.

Externally the gardens are superb with paddocks and lawn with a variety of specimen trees. There is a stable block with tack room and hay store, this has the opportunity to be converted to an annexe subject to consent. Lily Pond has fish stock and a secret garden with cabin, duck pond is the large central lake which gets a nice variety of ducks, herons and other water fowl and has fish, fish pond at the front next to Holmshaw Lane has fish and also water fowl, around nine acres of land, tennis court, World War II concrete bunker and an orchard.
