About this property

  • Stylish and spacious, this impressive family home was built in 2019 by True Love Properties and is constructed in a contemporary country style with a number of attractive additions such as exposed timber beams, solid wood doors and wooden shutters in the main sitting room and a wood-burning stove inset within a stone chimney breast. The house is immaculately presented to a high standard with a neutral colour palette throughout, making it easy to personalise by the new owner. Highlights include the attractive kitchen with its Krantz cabinetry and central island, the fully-tiled bath and shower rooms with walk-in showers and the handsome staircase.

Affording more than 2000 sq ft over two floors, the house is spacious and well planned with generously sized rooms. The entrance hall is a welcoming space and leads to a formal sitting room at the front of the house, a cloakroom with WC. and the separate kitchen/dining room, which can also be accessed via double doors from the sitting room. The kitchen is wonderfully light and spacious, dominated by a vast central island, and serves as the heart of the family home with additional storage space in an adjoining utility room. A second set of double doors at the rear opens to a further reception room, creating a fabulous flowing layout ideal for entertaining. Upstairs there are four good-size double bedrooms, two of which feature floor to ceiling bespoke fitted Sharps wardrobes, with three having en suite shower facilities. The final bedroom has use of a family bath and shower room and there is boarded vast loft space with fitted ladder access.

The house is positioned towards the end of the road in a quietly private setting. To the front there is a generously sized driveway and access to the detached garage, which is to one side of the property. There is a lawn to the front though most of the garden is situated to the rear and features a fully enclosed lawn and a patio. There is excellent potential for landscaping.

This is a stunning modern family house, probably my favourite on this very smart Truelove development as it sits at the end of a cul de sac with lots of extra parking and no passing traffic
