About this property

  • Easter Drumatherty is an attractive C Listed former farmhouse, believed to date from about 1830 and has recently undergone a complete programme of refurbishment. At its heart is an open plan dining kitchen which enjoys long views to the west and has an electric range cooker, double butler's sink and central island. The sitting room has a bay window filling it with southerly light. There is also a ground floor bedroom which could be used as a further reception room / office. This connects to a shower room which in turn connects to the cloakroom accessed from the hall. On the first floor three double bedrooms each have their own luxurious bath or shower room. The house is in total turnkey condition.

    Outbuildings
A range of outbuildings behind the house provide lots of space for garaging, workshops and storage.

    Garden and grounds
The grounds at Easter Drumatherty extend to about 1.12 acres. The garden is enclosed and mainly lawn but offers huge scope for further landscaping and planting.
