Inspired by the idea of creating a perfect living experience for mountain enthusiasts, Chalet W has been created as the ultimate base for all kinds of summer and winter sports planned in the mountains.

The south-west facing property is located on a high plateau near the Pengelstein run. From the Kitzbühel ski area and Hahnenkamm you can reach the chalet via snow-covered meadows.

The nearest neighbour is around several hundred meters away. Due to its orientation, the property enjoys sun all day - in summer and winter and therefore spacious outdoor areas planned with outdoor infinity pool, pool house, outdoor kitchen and numerous terraces for sunbathing have been factored into the design.

Upper Floor - Living/Dining area
The top floor of chalet boasts an open-plan living and dining room with breathtaking views of the Kitzbühel Alps.
The kitchen has been designed to have a separate service area and is located in the Northwest end of the building. A wrap around terrace connects the living and dining area to
the outdoors. The south terrace is partially covered so that you have a weather-protected outdoor area. The chalet also has an elevator and stairwell.

Ground floor - bedroom
The five bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the chalet. The principal bedroom is south facing and extends across the entire width the chalet and offers a bathroom with both a shower and bath as well as a separate dressing room. The four additional bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, spacious terraces and garden access.

Basement - Garage and wellness area
The underground carpark can be accessed from the basement and has room for five to six cars. There is a sports wardrobe and spacious wine cellar as well as a wellness area which includes a massage room, separate bathroom, fitness area, sauna, steam bath, shower and relaxing area.
