At the end of a lane, with The Kings Head nearby (https://www.kingsheadwadenhoe.com/), this is a perfect position if you enjoy village life, rural walks, or paddling or swimming in the river. The cottage requires modernisation and has not been occupied for a few years, and the planning consent allows for the creation of a marvellous kitchen and principal bedroom.

  • Wadenhoe is charming village of principally limestone period houses to the north of river Nene, amongst gently rolling countryside, with the well thought of public house, restaurant and coffee shop, The King's Head, and a number of public footpaths leading from the village to the neighbouring countryside.
  • Wadenhoe is four miles from the market towns of Thrapston and Oundle, with its range of traditional shops and businesses and renowned school.
