On entering the villa’s grounds you have the private pool to your left and outside dining table to your right. The family-sized BBQ is just off the pool area on the left. A full walk of the villa’s parameter can be done and each area is delightfully ornamented with greenery, flowers and of course, the stunning backdrop of the immediate environment and views out across the sea.

You enter the villa on the first floor. Here you are greeted with the open plan living and dining area. WC and separate kitchen. Delightful sea views to soak up from each room.

There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the main Suite and downstairs to the further three bedrooms. On the top floor is located the main Suite. Royally set apart from the other three bedrooms, it is perfect for the lead party member to enjoy, head of the family, honeymoon couple or special guest. The main Suite consists of the main bedroom (bedroom 1) with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to, an extra large en-suite bathroom and an enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. The veranda is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall outside so other guests can come and enjoy the space – should you let them to – without walking through the bedroom. Panoramic views towards the nearby Mount Pantokrator, Kassiopi village, Kalamionas bay and a tiny glimpse of the Byzantium Castle overlooking Kassiopi harbour.
