This amazing property could give its owner plenty of options. One could either enjoy total relaxation, gaze at the view from its panoramic wrap-around terrac
The property is spread over a main house (on two floors) and two guest houses in the grounds. In the main house, the front door leads into a comfortably furnished living and dining area, whose walls of floor-to-ceiling windows make for a luminous atmosphere and offer views over the luxuriant gardens and terraces. Off the living room, is a central atrium, from which one may access a double bedroom, the bright galley-style kitchen and a shower room with feature stone wall. A narrow spiral staircase takes one up from the atrium to the first floor landing, off which a second double bedroom, a shower room and doors is leading out onto a large, shady, panoramic terrace with steps leading down to the gardens and pool area below. The first guest house is just a few metres away through the gardens from the main house and comprises a double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The second is situated under the pool terrace and accessed via a flight of steps. Here there is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both houses have their own private terrace. The outdoor areas are filled with a wide variety of colourful plants, shady olive trees and large expanses of terrace dotted with large white umbrellas and a great choice of spots for lounging, reading and dining. Perfectly situated for serving these areas is the generously equipped independent kitchen. At the furthest point from the house, overlooking the gentle, olive-carpeted hills of Paxos, is the beautiful pool, the perfect spot to cool off and luxuriate in your surroundings.
Paxos can be found 14 kilometres south of Corfu and at 20 kilometres to the east is Parga on the mainland of Greece. It is one of a cluster of picturesque small islands set in the Ionian Sea. Paxos has no airport, can only be reached by ferry boat and therefore, has been able to protect itself from the strain of modern tourism. Paxos is an island of endless olive groves and Anti Paxos one large vineyard. The eastern coastline of the islands are gentle compared to the west coast which are bold and abrupt, with caves, arches and sheer cliffs. The capital of Paxos is Gaios a picturesque village built around a port which is protected by two small islands Agios Nikolas and Panagia. On the Northern side is the village of Lakka and on the east side is the very charming village of Loggos. You will find the pace is still unhurried, very relaxing with genuine friendly Greek hospitality at its best.
