Restored house and mill in a small village on the side of the mountain overlooking the River Minho. The house is almost all in stone with an approximate area of 500 m2; the remaining space with fruit trees and others, 4700 m2. It has a small stream that divides the property which is joined by a small iron bridge. For those who want to relax, this place is wonderful to the sound of running water.

The house is surrounded by Portuguese pavement, with exterior lighting, right on the stream. It has a swimming pool. Garage for 3 cars.

The house has two rooms with fireplace, ground floor in brick and 1st floor in wood.

Kitchen equipped with normal and wood oven. 3 suites with large wardrobes, central heating system with Jaag radiators (Belgian).

The ground floor also has a bedroom with bathroom. Central aspiration.

The house is equipped with central heating and vacuum, swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven, stove and wood oven, as well as electric stove and oven and gas stove.

Outside there is a barbecue area equipped with a stone-coated clay oven.

It is just 6 km from the Spanish town of Tui and its impressive cathedral. The fabulous beaches of the Costa Verde are just a 30-minute drive away. 1h30 drive will take you to the historic splendor of Santiago de Compostela, and just over 1h drive south will take you to Porto, a city rich in history offering the opportunity to experience the delights of the famous wine warehouses from Porto. There are a variety of activities available nearby on the Minho River, as well as horse riding and bike hire at nearby centres.

Access to the house is via a dirt path flanked by trees, suggesting the surprise of having it appear in a place so far away from all eyes.

The house has an area large enough for a family to enjoy both convivial moments - in the social area, swimming pool and barbecue - as well as more isolated and peaceful moments in the orchard area, enjoying the ribeira brava that runs inside the land as well as of the various fruit trees present. Inside the house there are also several perfect spaces for socializing or for more introspective moments.

Silence is a maxim, interrupted only by the various birds, the sound of running water or the wind making the trees sway. We managed to see eagles and kites flying through the skies and the river Minho can be seen from the upper part of the house. There is only one neighbor within a radius of several kilometers, which conveys the feeling of being the only people enjoying the idyllic landscape of this valley.

It brings together all the conditions for building a garden of herbs and vegetables for consumption, reflecting a whole lifestyle focused on nature with full integration of green spaces, also having water as a very strong element.
