Closing Date - 18th June 2024 at 12 noon. Small amenity woodland in East Lothian
Puddle Wood comprises a single parcel of about 12 acres (4.85 hectares) of mixed broadleaf woodland. The woodland offers a range of commercial opportunities to a purchaser or the opportunity to own your own slice of East Lothian. The wood is bounded to the west by a public road (B6371) linking Ormiston to Tranent.
To the south of the woodland there is a former railway line which was used to service the coal mines in the area. The railway line has been transformed into a cycling/walking route (route 196) which links the East Lothian town of Haddington to the Midlothian town of Penicuik.
The woodland offers a multitude of uses including space to walk dogs, escaping the city and those seeking fresh air.
