The villa is located within a residential complex, in the peaceful sea side village of Foinikas, and it is ideal for those seeking luxury, aesthetic quality and serenity. The house is entered on the raised ground floor, which has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with doors opening to the balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and the sea.
