The house is located in a plot of total 8,000sq.m witch the 5,000 of them are fenced with the house. The house consists of the ground floor, with large living room (+ fireplace), dining room, a kitchen with large covered terrace, hall and wc with shower. On the same level, there is a sunroom (ideal place for reading and relaxing).

On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms and one shared bathroom with bathtub. Each bedroom has its own covered terrace with wonderful views to the mountains.

The lower floor consists of two more bedrooms, one master with fireplace. And here, another bathroom with bathtub. Due to sloping ground from these bedrooms, there is direct access to the outside areas of the property.

Outside, there is a built garage, bbq, gazebo, a small lake with water lilies and many trees such as chestnuts, cherries, apple trees etc.

The landscape is alpine, full of firs, from this point, a network of trails begins, ideal for hiking enthusiasts.
