Description
The new 99 Fetter Lane on the North East corner of the site is designed as a dual elevation building with Basement, Ground and Mezzanine. The building will be delivered to shell suitable for incorporating contemporary energy efficiency and sustainability solutions as part of the fit-out. 99 Fetter Lane will be provided with external amenity area on Greystoke Place. The public realm along Greystoke Place will be improved by widening the entrance from Fetter Lane to create external amenity space plus a replacement of the materials and lighting to the whole length.
