• “That the house shall not be occupied except by a person whose employment or, if they are unemployed or retired from employment, whose latest employment is or was in agriculture, as defined by Section 221 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1962, or in the event of the death of such first mentioned person while in occupation of the house, by their widow during widowhood.”
The definition of agriculture as defined by Section 221 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1962 is as follows:
