The land is split between two parcels, located northeast of East Knoyle, along the A350. Each parcel benefits from direct road frontage and good access. The land is typical of the North Wessex Downs and lies in the Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire National Landscape.
The land is gently undulating and extends to approximately 531 acres. The soil is primarily classified as Grade 3, offering excellent drainage, with a shallow layer of lime-rich earth over chalk.
Lotting:
Northern block: 193 acres in total: 160 acres of arable, 23 acres of pasture land and 9 acres of woodland. A restrictive covenant limits land use to agriculture, horticulture and the keeping of horses. The details of which can be shared upon request.
