Sugar Hill is a luxurious, intimate and secure community with a wide range of facilities including a large infinity pool, bar, well equipped gym and floodlit tennis courts. The outstanding on-site restaurant, The Deck at Sugar Hill, has established an excellent reputation on the West Coast.

On entering Calliaqua, you are first met by the high ceilings of the elegant entry and living room, where the luxury standard of finishes are immediately apparent in the coral rendered walls and marble tiled floors. This space opens onto the large covered terrace, featuring comfortable sofas and an impressive coral stone dining table, perfect for outdoor living. It is here that meals are enjoyed, drinks are imbibed and friends and family gather. The expansive pool, surrounding deck and vibrant, fragrant and mature gardens form the backdrop to the terrace. At one end of the pool deck is the charming 1 bedroom, ensuite guest cottage and mirroring it at the other is a delightful gazebo.

Within the main house, all 4 of the bedrooms are ensuite, with the three located on the upper level opening onto a shared, covered, West-facing balcony. Like the terrace downstairs, this space provides more outdoor living in which to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets or quietly retire with a book. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

Completing the accommodation is a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with an adjoining laundry staff retiring area and required drying yard. There is also a double car carport.
