This is a residence designed to offer comfort, privacy and an authentic sense of Greek hospitality. Combining natural stone, minimalist aesthetics and warm earthy tones, it provides a serene escape close to some of Messinia’s most beautiful beaches, including Voidokilia, Gialova and Methoni.

Built on two levels, the house welcomes you with an open‑plan living, dining and kitchen area. The ground floor also includes a guest wc and a practical storage space. A metal staircase leads to the first floor, where the master bedroom with its private bathroom is complemented by two additional double bedrooms that share a second bathroom.

A recent restoration has reconfigured the layout to maximize the home’s proportions and create a strong sense of flow throughout. While the overall ambiance remains warm and traditional, the infrastructure has been thoroughly upgraded, including air‑conditioning units in all rooms, an alarm system and aluminium doors and windows.
