The estate is located on a hillside with dramatic views from all the villas towards the Messinian Gulf and the Taygetos mountain range.
This small private estate on a land plot of 27,096 sqm comprises of 9 villas of various sizes, each with a private pool measuring 5m x 10m. The site is midway between the coastal villages of Chrani and Petalidi, a 10 minute drive from each. The first 6 villas were constructed in 1995 and the final 3 in 2002 with a reinforced concrete structure and brick walls and a tiled roof for good insulation in full compliance with the strict antseismic regulations. All windows and balcony doors are with aluminium frames and double glazing. The villas and land on which they stand are offered for sale as a whole and not as individual properties. Such an investment would suit individuals wanting to either retire or emigrate to Greece and wishing to run a small business in providing holiday accommodation to tourists or to an existing organisation wishing to purchase and expand its interests in the accommodation field. The estate has not been fully developed and there is ample scope to construct further villas or apartments within the estate, since only half of the available land has been used for the existing villas. In total in the region of 60 beds could be made available for tourism use. The land surrounding the estate has been designated as ‘Forest’ and further development therefore halted. Views from all the properties will remain uninterrupted.
