The property is ideally situated in the vibrant heart of Elie, offering easy access to a variety of local shops and amenities. Within a short walk of about 0.3 miles, you’ll find Elie Beach, renowned for its golden sands and scenic beauty as well as the famous Ship Inn, a beloved local pub known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The gates to Elie House are along the High Street to the east, with the Elie Estate offering lovely opportunities for countryside walks.
