The villas are situated in the most picturesque part of the village of Platies, above the magnificent beach of Lefka.
The first two villas of 100 sqm and the third is 170 sqm.
Description of the two 100 sqm villas: The ground floors include the living room and in front of the fireplace there are sofas, as well as a traditionally decorated kitchen and dining room. Moreover, there is a WC and a laundry space. The veranda with the trellis provides a table and seats and the pool area, umbrellas and deck chairs for sunbathing. At the upper floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a desk space. The bedroom with the twin size steel bed and the fly net has an internal bathroom which includes a hydro massage shower. The other bedroom, with the single beds provides a bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub. The view towards the Ionian sea, from every aspect of the villas is breath-taking during both day and night.

The villas are a 20 minute drive from both the international airport of the island and the ports of Argostoli and Poros as well as a 30 minute drive from the port of Sami.

Sail out to the island of Ithaca, said to be the home of Greek god, Odysseus. It rains a lot here in the winter, which means thriving wildlife and some super-green scenery. As such, it’s got a sterling reputation for its walking trails which criss-cross the landscape.
