Licensing

Tenure
Held for a term of 15 years with effect from 10 October 2019 at an initial rent of £120,000 per annum or if greater:
• 10% of Turnover up to but excluding £1.5 million;
• 11% of Turnover from and including £1.5 million up to
but excluding £2 million;
• 12% of Turnover from and including £2 million upwards.
The rent is subject to five yearly open market rent reviews. The most recent service charge was £36,048.
