Development Opportunity
The subject lands have historic planning under planning reference 04/2843 for 101 dwellings. Please note that the subject site included within this sale only forms part of the site which previously gained planning permission.
This was extended under planning reference 10/30338, however has since expired.
Due to the location of the lands, the site lends itself to a number of uses including residential, glamping and leisure. The site also benefits from having access to a sewage treatment plant.
Pre-planning enquiries have received very positive feedback on residential usage, as the site is located within the settlement limit of the town. DCC has advised Considering the site's location within the urban settlement framework of Dunfanaghy, the site lends itself favourably to this residential proposal in principle'. Within Dunfanaghy there are currently no sites which have been identified for residential development.
