The land is located south of the rural village of Broadwoodkelly which is an attractive, rural village with a vibrant community. The land itself extends to 6.14 acres in total and is broken down to approx. 5.67 acres of agricultural land, currently in arable use and 0.47 acres of attractive woodland. The land is accessed from the southern side via a road access point and is divided into two enclosures bordered by mature Devon banks. The land is classified as Grade 3 according to the Land Classification Maps and is highly capable of growing a variety of cereal and fodder crops.
