    • Tides Reach is situated in a fine and peaceful position, on the edge of the attractive village of Bishopsteignton, with outstanding views over the Teign Estuary and towards Dartmoor to the west and Shaldon and the open sea to the south east.
    • Bishopsteignton is a thriving community with a village school, post office, general stores, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, a hotel, three public houses, a micro-brewery, garden centre and a vineyard. The village provides for most every day needs, however a wider choice is available at either Teignmouth, about 2 miles to the east, or Newton Abbot, about 3 miles to the west.
