There is a village community skiff, cinema equipment/screenings at the village hall together with regular social events. In the adjacent village of Glendaruel there is a primary school. From Dunoon, take the A815 north signposted Glasgow and turn left into the B836 signposted Colintraive and Bute Ferry and continue to Colintraive as above.
