    • Bellevue is nestled in a peaceful rural setting in Keir Mill, one mile outside the scenic village of Penpont.
    • Penpont has a village shop and primary school, with more extensive facilities in the nearby towns of Thornhill and Dumfries. Thornhill lies 15 miles north of Dumfries, where the valley of the River Nith broadens between Auldgirth to the south and Carronbridge to the north.
