A spacious Cotswold village home with a lovely outlook to the rear.
Whitton Dean was constructed by the current owners around 1973 in a reconstituted Bradstone under a pitched tiled roof, with accommodation over three floors. The property has subsequently been extended, and lovingly maintained by the current owners.
It is situated in a conservation area in the village which is set in beautiful rolling countryside. The accommodation is arranged principally over two floors, with a bedroom suite occupying the whole second floor. Over the years the property has been upgraded and extended including a second floor, a garden room, and a first floor office over the garage. The majority of principal rooms enjoy a lovely westerly outlook to the rear, over the gardens and onto rolling countryside. In addition, three of the bedrooms have access to balconies with the same glorious outlook.
The property is approached from the lane via a block paved driveway offering parking and leading to the double garage with electronic up and over door. The west facing gardens are designed for low maintenance with paved patios, level lawns and planted flower and shrub borders. There is a summerhouse and a garden store. The garden is bounded by stone walling to the rear, with fields beyond.
The property is offered with no onward chain.

This is such a lovely setting, and definitely a house where the outside does not reflect the inside, both in terms of size and outlook. I imagine sitting on the balcony outside the bedroom, with my morning cup of tea, enjoying the view, and the peace.
