A beautifully presented two double bedroom apartment with a balcony in red brick Victorian block in the heart of Kensington

About this property

  • This fantastic, beautifully presented, third floor (with lift) apartment forms part of a traditional period building in the heart of Kensington and benefits from a small balcony.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted with an open-plan dining and reception room which has French doors leading out onto the balcony which has views onto Palace Gate and up towards Kensington Gardens.

The bedroom accommodation is well thought out with a double bedroom located off of the reception room with a further, larger, double bedroom located to the rear of the apartment. The family bathroom and well appointed kitchen are also to the rear of the apartment.

Internally the property has retained a lot of its period character with fantastic ceiling height, large sash windows, ample storage throughout and is presented in immaculate condition.

Palace Gate is one of my favourite addresses being so close to so much – Kensington Gardens, good restaurants, good shops and easy transport links into Knightsbridge and the West End.
