    At 1,641.67 acres, Manor, Westfield and Latton Farms is the largest agricultural Lot on the estate, with the farmland lying to the east of the A419 and surrounding Down Ampney to the north and west. The majority of the land is in arable production, with the balance being made up of grassland, woodland, lakes and a commercial quarry.

    Approximately 7 acres of land is let to the Royal Agricultural University who operate a vineyard. The current lease runs until 2026.
