  • Barkston is a picturesque village which lies south of the historic cathedral city of Lincoln. The village has local amenities including a country pub and Barkston and Syston CE Primary School. A mobile library calls once a month, a mobile fish and chip van every Thursday, and a mobile greengrocer every Friday. There is also a petrol station with a shop on the main road.
