Casuarina Villa is tucked away on the North shore of Pine Cay which is a privately-owned low-density residential development with approximately 800 acres of land with roughly 600 acres of green space which is jointly owned by the community of 38 home owners.

Casuarinas was built taking into consideration the surrounding area and enjoys stunning ocean views out towards the water and reefs that sit in the front of Pine Cay.

The Villa consists of two bedrooms with a full bathroom shared between each bedroom with both of the beachfront facing bedrooms offering vaulted ceilings, high glass windows which allows for plenty of natural light.

One of the unique offerings that comes with Casuarina Cottage is the privacy & location with an outside deck with elevation that allows you to enjoy the stunning ocean & beach views. There is a cut pathway which leads down to the beachfront and is suitable for either walking or golf buggy access.

In a separate detached building, there's an office with built in desk/bookcases, laundry facilities, workshop, 17,000 gal. capacity cistern, and an enclosed garage for golf buggy storage.
