About this property

  • Willow House sits in the centre of a sizable plot surrounded by mature landscaped gardens and offers well-proportioned and stylish accommodation set out over two floors.

From the entrance hall glass doors lead into a bright sitting room with a door opening to the well-proportioned dining room. The dining room is open to the stylishly fitted kitchen with a range of high-quality modern units with a small peninsula, integrated appliances including dishwasher and wine cooler, and a free-standing electric range. The dining area overlooks the extensive gardens to the rear and side with views across fields.

From the kitchen there is a door through to a useful laundry room housing further units and a matching range of full height storage cupboards. A side door gives access directly to the graveled parking. A good-sized office ideal for home working and a cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor there are four well-proportioned bedrooms, three of which feature built-in storage. All the bedrooms look out over the beautiful, landscaped gardens and are served by a well-appointed bathroom and en suite shower room.

Mature landscaped gardens surround the property and there are far reaching rural views to the south-east. The garden is a wonderful haven for wildlife. The long driveway approaching the property leads to an extensive gravelled parking area and a triple garage providing car port parking for two vehicles and an enclosed single garage with power and light.

Above the triple garage is a stylish self-contained annex accessed via steps to the side with a small seating area perfect for taking in the mature gardens and rural views beyond. This well-designed one-bedroom apartment has been finished to an exemplary standard throughout and comprises an open plan kitchen/living room, bedroom and shower room.
