The house is situated in the picturesque village of Lakithra, close to numerous famous sandy beaches. It was built in 2012 and has been used as a second home. On the same plot there is an unfinished semi basement and there are plans for its completion in a two floors house.

As such, it’s got a sterling reputation for its walking trails which criss-cross the landscape.
