Property located in Poiares at 450 - 500 meters of altitude, 10 km from Peso da Régua, integrated into the Douro World Heritage Site. Good accessibility.
Total area of 3 hectares of which 2.5 hectares are vineyards and the remainder olive groves. Spectacular landscape facing west over Régua to the Marão mountain range.
In 2017 there were 6.7 barrels of must for benefit (3,677 liters).
Total annual production is around 20-25 barrels depending on the year, on average 35% white and 65% red. White grape varieties: viosinho, malvasia fina, gouveio and viognier. Red varieties: Tinta roriz, touriga nacional, alicante buschet and tinto caso. The vineyard was planted in 2007 and is therefore in full production. One part is systematized in terraces and the rest is in a traditional model with a high density of vines.
The property has a shale house, which needs rehabilitation, and outbuildings used for storing products and materials. There is design and construction licensing.
