Tenancy

The property has been extensively refurbished, save for floor coverings, which have been left deliberately to allow the incoming tenant to furnish to their individual taste. In recognition of this, the Estate is offering two months' rent free at commencement.

Upon the signing of the Heads of Terms, a deposit of £2,400 (five weeks rent) will be required, which will be held as Stakeholder in a non-interest bearing account and registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. This will be returnable on termination of the tenancy, subject to compliance with the terms of condition of the agreement.

Pets can be accepted at the discretion of the Landlord.

Viewing

To protect the privacy of current tenants on the Bolton Abbey Estate, the Landlord does not support unauthorised visits to the property. All viewings are strictly by appointment, arranged with the Estate Office, Bolton Abbey.
