    About this property

    • Savills are pleased to offer for sale this delightful detached house that enjoys a prime location on a highly sought after road located enviably close to the award winning sandy beaches. The property sits on a wide plot and is approached via an in and out driveway that provides parking for several cars in addition to the large garage.

This charming house offers well-proportioned accommodation, which is arranged over just two floors. On entering the property you are greeted by a welcoming bright entrance hall. There is a good size sitting room with a feature fire place. The kitchen/dining area is a superb living space with a modern fitted kitchen that has a range of integrated appliances. The sitting room and kitchen/dining room benefit from an abundance of natural light due to them having a triple aspect, with both providing direct access out on to garden. The separate utility room is of a generous size that serves equally well as a boot room after walks on the nearby sandy beach. The cloakroom completes the accommodation on the ground floor.

The stunning first floor accommodation comprises a most impressive main bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes and a modern en suite shower room. There are three further double bedrooms, two of which with fitted wardrobes and served by a luxurious family bathroom with in bath shower. The four bedrooms on the same level makes an ideal arrangement for a family and with the accommodation being over just two floors is equally desirable to those wanting to avoid multiple levels.

Externally, there is a paved area to the rear, which is the ideal space for potted plants and alfresco dining. To the side, there is an area laid to lawn. There is also a greenhouse and garden shed.

The property is ideally located across the road from Canford Cliffs Chine with its wooded walk down through to the promenade and beaches.

This is one of my favourite roads in Canford Cliffs due to its quiet position and because you are so near the shops to get a take away coffee from the local coffee shop and then walk down to the sandy beach !
