Sitting in a plot around 0.8 acres, the property is traditional stone built with a pitched slated roof.

Entered from the front, the entrance porch opens into the reception hallway. To the left is the elegant drawing room, an attractive reception room with windows to the front and side, and a wood burning stove. To the right is the formal dining room with characterful fireplace and charming coal burner. Off the dining room is a useful downstairs single bedroom or study with window to the rear. The family kitchen has a door to the side (which is used as the everyday access), along with floor and wall units, a central island, room for dining and a cream four oven AGA.
