Savills are instructed to dispose of a greenfield site which offers excellent potential for residential development. Located to the east of Leek, Staffordshire.
The site is one of four parcels of land included within housing allocation DSL 2 of the Staffordshire Moorlands Local Plan (Adopted 2020). The allocation for these parcels confirms an indicative capacity for 345 dwellings as well a primary school. With regard to the subject site, known as LE128 in the Local Plan, the anticipated capacity of housing is around 108 dwellings. The primary school is expected to be delivered to the north on a separate parcel, LE140, which is owned by Staffordshire County Council.
