The poultry site comprises 2 former poultry houses which were last occupied in 2020. Build in the late 1960's the buildings have a GEA of 8,959 sq ft in total with potential for alternative agricultural uses in accordance with the restrictive covenant as outlined below.
Mainly of concreate slab construction on a block base with a timber frame and concrete floor. They were erected as a breeding unit which has now been disbanded and most of the poultry equipment removed. The buildings have profile sheeting on the roof which was replaced approximately 5 years ago.
