Planning permission has been granted for the demolition of the existing two-storey detached property which is visible from the main High Street and visually linked to a public garden.
The redevelopment approval consists of the construction of a four-storey block of residential flats building measuring 10.4m wide, 16.4m deep and between 5.3m-10.6m high.
The proposed scheme includes outdoor amenity in the form of a communal garden to the rear of the building, private
garden to Flat 1 on ground floor and balconies to Flats 3, 5 and 6.
The proposed flats and internal rooms would comply with Hertsmere Planning and Design Guide SPD Part D space
