The house is situated off a quiet country lane in Redlap, a tiny hamlet situated between Dartmouth and the village of Stoke Fleming and in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Stoke Fleming, which is about 1 mile away, is a bustling and vibrant village with an excellent primary school, village store / post office, bistro, popular village pub and church. Dartmouth offers a wonderful selection of shops, boutiques, galleries, pubs and restaurants, in addition to a cinema, leisure centre, supermarket and Britannia Royal Naval College. Dartmouth is situated at the mouth of The River Dart with a deep-water port which attracts sailing vessels from all over the world and is considered to be one of the prettiest in Europe.   • Directions: Proceed out of Dartmouth, keeping The River Dart on your left and follow the signs to Dartmouth Castle along Newcomen Road which in turn becomes South Town. Stay on this road out of Dartmouth and you will find yourself heading uphill on Weeke Hill. At the top of Weeke Hill, turn left towards Little Dartmouth (National Trust) and then take the first right. Pass the entrance to Redlap Estate on your left and the drive to Rock Vale will be found further along as the lane bends around to the left.
