About this property

  • Property
Highview Barn is the principal property of a small collection of three dwellings currently in the process of being converted by the renowned team of Michael McNamara Associates – highly regarded and established with an excellent track record spanning 40 years within the county.

The barn will offer superb space and light, with double height vaulted hall, exceptional open plan kitchen/dining/living room overlooking the landscaped gardens and countryside beyond and further functional rooms such as utility and snug/study. There is a ground floor bedroom with en suite making the barn future proof, with the impressive master bedroom with dressing room and en suite shower room on the first floor, together with two further en suite double bedrooms.

The specification will be high, with the inclusion of air source heat pump, underfloor heating, limestone flooring, bespoke locally crafted kitchen, double wine fridge and American fridge freezer, quartz and oak worktops and engineered oak flooring.

The barn is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2021, enabling a purchaser to make certain changes now to their own personal taste, and providing an input making the barn even more unique.

Externally, the grounds to the south of the barn provides private parking set behind and attractive brick and flint wall, with landscaped areas and cart shed garaging. To the rear of the property are the main gardens which will be landscaped, and overlook open farmland, with a useful garden store being created

The McNamara's and their team create excellent barns, and Highview will undoubtedly be a cracker with the space they have to work with.
