Situated on the edge of the village of Muthill the house has attractive rural surroundings as well as being close to village amenities. These include a local shop, post office, garage and petrol station as well as the award winning gastro pub, The Barley Bree. The village has an active and friendly community with a primary school, church and village hall. Crieff (2 miles) has a range of amenities including supermarkets, independent shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants. The Strathearn Community Campus based at Crieff High School has excellent facilities aimed at all members of the local community and Crieff Hydro attracts visitors of all ages with its leisure facilities and restaurants.   • Directions: From Edinburgh or Glasgow take the M9 past Stirling and continue northwards. Take the exit signposted for Braco and Crieff (A822). After about 6 miles and having passed through Braco, arrive in Muthill. Continue through the village and just before leaving, turn left and then first right into Martin Gardens. Turn right again and the entrance to 5 Martin Gardens is the first on the right. Alternatively from Edinburgh leave the M90 at Kinross and approach Muthill via Crook of Devon and Gleneagles. From Perth the simplest route is to follow the A85 to Crieff and then take the A822 out of Crieff heading south. When it brings you into Muthill, the entrance to Martin Gardens is by the second turning on the right.
