    I think this property and its beautiful setting is simply enchanting. Nestled below St Mary's Church, with elevated views over the River Welland to fields, charming accommodation and delightful gardens, this is one of my favourite homes. Duddington is a highly attractive period village, from which there are some fabulous country walks. It is also a convenient location for commuters needing access to Peterborough or Kettering's mainline railway stations and for school parents. Stamford, Oakham, Uppingham and Oundle are all within a 12 mile radius.
