About this property

  • Approached via a no through lane at the northern end of the hamlet of Radford, Willowbrook is a brand new Georgian style Cotswold stone home which lies within a magical setting, surrounded by rolling countryside. The house is well proportioned throughout with good sized reception rooms. Of particular note is the kitchen/breakfast room which has an island to one side and a dining/sitting area to the far side, both with access onto the patio leading to the garden.

The bedrooms are arranged over the first floor with four bedroom suites, another double bedroom and a family bathroom.

Surrounding Willowbrook and extending to the south, east and west are the gardens and grounds. Adjacent to the house is a detached two bedroom cottage and a two-bay garage.

The cottage would work well as guest accommodation or for rental income. There is a stream running through the grounds which is a charming feature.
