About this property

  • This spacious family house dates from the 1960's and is located on a no-through road in a peaceful residential setting. Set on a generous plot the house has been extended so it now provides excellent family accommodation.

The porch opens on to a hall with dining area and stairs lead to the first floor. The large sitting room has a deep bay window and fireplace with gas fire. Off the sitting room is the study and, to the rear, the conservatory which overlooks the rear garden. From the kitchen are doors to the family room and utility. On the first floor are 5 bedrooms (one with an en suite shower) and the family bathroom.

Outside there is ample parking space and a double garage with workshop off. An important feature of this property is the generous gardens to the front and rear. This much cared for property has been in the ownership of the same family for over fifty years.
